How PRTOTYPE.COM collects, uses and protects your information. We keep this short, plain and honest, the same way we work.

iWho we are

Who we are

PRTOTYPE.COM is a production studio: we take AI-built prototypes, stalled AI pilots and fragile spreadsheets to production. When we talk about “we”, “us” or “PRTOTYPE.COM”in this policy, that’s who we mean.

For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, PRTOTYPE.COM is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

iiWhat we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our work. That falls into two groups:

You give usName, email, company, and the project details you share via our forms, appointment booking or email.
Collected automaticallyBasic device and browser data, pages visited and referring links, via cookies and Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics on the consent bar.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we never ask for sensitive personal data to do our work.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work, and Google Analytics 4, consent-based and off by default, to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or decline analytics on the consent bar; the site will still work without the optional ones.

viSharing

Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it: for example our hosting provider, Google Forms (the appointment-booking form on our booking page), Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept analytics), and our email provider. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Every provider is bound to protect your data.
