Services are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. All intellectual property produced for you by PRTOTYPE.COM (designs, code and content) transfers to you in full upon final payment, as set out in the Intellectual property section below. Until final payment it remains the property of PRTOTYPE.COM.
How we engage
- —Fixed-scope sprints: each engagement is a defined scope with a defined fee.
- —Pause between sprints: there are no open-ended retainers to cancel.
- —No long-term lock-in: we re-scope each phase together before it starts.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment:
- —You receive full ownership of all deliverables (designs, code, assets).
- —PRTOTYPE.COM retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- —Third-party assets (fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective licences.
Limitation of liability
PRTOTYPE.COM is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- —Use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
- —Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary processes.
- —Resell or redistribute our work without explicit permission.
